ERA Expert Roof Assessment was built by an insurance-experienced roof specialist — not a roofing contractor selling work. I’m the owner-operator behind ERA and I also run a third-generation adjusting firm.
With 15 years in property claims adjusting and 7,500+ roofs inspected, I’ve seen what causes failures, what’s normal aging, and what actually needs attention. I’m a HAAG Certified Inspector (#201210385) and I focus on clear, photo-documented assessments that help homeowners, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals make confident decisions.
